Company History

Founded in 2008 by a Chelsea native, the business began as a two-person operation focused on gas work for homes in the southern suburbs. Over the years it added routine plumbing inspections and diagnostic tools like sewer cameras.

The company expanded its roster and vehicle fleet to respond faster across Jefferson and surrounding counties. Growth came from repeat customers and referrals from local realtors and property managers.

Leadership

The owner, Jason Carter, trained as a gas technician and later earned his plumbing license. He lives in Chelsea and is active in the local trade association. Jason and the senior techs regularly attend training on safety and code updates.

Field supervisors are experienced with both older homes in Vestavia Hills and newer builds in Pelham. That mix helps them diagnose issues in a range of housing stock common to the area.

Un-Reliable. Starts the job fast, but can not complete in any timly fashion. Does not communicate with Customer and as the Customer we had to keep calling to fine out why there is no work being done. Ended up Firing this contractor before the work was completed and got charged WAY TOO much for demolition. BIG RIP OFF.

I would give a 0 Star rating if I could have...

Used this service in June of '09. ""Punctual"" is the ONLY good thing I can say. Wickedly overpriced, and would not answer their phone when I called (repeatedly...) to ask them to justify their OBSCENE charges. We supplied the sink and faucet -- their workman had no problems while installing it, was finished in under two hours, and we got a bill for $385. dollars. Is this a plumbing service or Enron? I also went to their St. Marys office three times, and there never seemed to be anyone there -- it has since been vacated.. Stay away from these hucksters.
