Incomplete notices will not be processed.

b) Identification of the Copyrighted Work

Provide the exact URL(s) on 1st Priority Plumbing where the allegedly infringing material appears.

All URLs must be included directly in the notice body.


d) Contact Information

Include the following:

e) Good Faith Statement

f) Accuracy & Perjury Statement

“I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.”


3. Where to Send DMCA Notices

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for review. Properly completed notices are processed as quickly as possible.


4. What Happens After a Valid Notice Is Received

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, 1st Priority Plumbing may:

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  • Notify the affected content provider or user
  • Take additional action as required by law

We are not required to notify the reporting party once content has been removed.


5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. §512(g).

A valid counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, and contact information
  • Identification of the material removed and its former location
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake
  • Consent to the jurisdiction of a U.S. federal court

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

1st Priority Plumbing may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, restrict or terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
