Quick and thorough service from Kyle and his team - the thought of a plumbing emergency no longer terrifies me knowing we have a dependable plumber to call!
Darrell P.This is the experience my mother had with this company!!!!!
Just wanted to make others in Chilton county aware. My mother in law lives in Clanton, she had a water leak at her house I called Whatley Plumbing on Tuesday and they inform me it would be Wednesday before before they could come out so we set an appointment for 11:00 Wednesday. When no one had came by 11:45 I called to inquire if there was a problem I was told by whom ever answered the phone that Kevin probably ran into a problem that he would call to find out. I called him back in 15 minutes to see if he had spoken to Kevin, (which it was 12:00 noon).
The gentleman that answered the phone told me that Kevin had trouble with the job he was on so he himself was stopping what he was doing and would be here in less than 5 minutes,1 hour later there was still no one here. I called another service to see if I could get help since we had been without water since the day before. I called Whatley's back when the same gentleman answered the phone I told him who I was and he immediately said they are fixing to come out, I told him I no longer needed their service that I had called someone else. Upon hearing this the man cursed me out and hung up on me. I want to give a huge shout out to PATE'S Plumbing they were here with 15 minutes of my call and and fixed the problem! Not only did they fix it they charged $15.00 dollars less than Whatley's was going to charge! It's just wrong for a company to lie to a customer the way they did but to cuss me and act like it was my fault kind of didn't sit well with me. Just thought Chilton County people should know who they can trust and count on when they are having water problems!
Justin L.If I could give them 0 stars I would! Not only have they been ""trying "" to rebuild my back porch for 2 months and its still leaking! The owner has stood my wife up on 4 separate occasions including her birthday! He does not answer or return calls or texts! After I paid some one to cut grass and remove pine straw they throw all the pine straw from roof on my ac unit and ground and dont bag it up and take it to curve. The employee says he was told it isn't his job! The 2nd most important part of a contract job is to clean up and leave the place in at the least the same conditions you found it in!! I wouldn't call these guys to even take out the trash! Worst so called company I have ever dealt with! I wouldn't even call them amateurs! Do not call them they will destroy your residence..
