karen c.When you do not have a clue about Plumbing I really appreciated the promptness and the professional attitude from The Young plumber who was sent to my home he did a good job and took care of my plumbing issue although it was not a big problem it was to me they came out fixed it charge me appropriately will used them again
Robbie K.Horrible service. We paid 165 dollars to have our tub faucet fixed. Went back to leaking in 8 days. We had to shut off our water at 11 p.m. We called the next morning and they wanted to put us off till after lunch so they can come and fix their mistake. Had to have water. So we called ontime plumbing who said the washers they supposedly replaced were were out. Another 90 dollars to fix their poor job.
Nic ..Was charge $125 to replace a flap on a toilet.... a $5 piece and about 5 mins of labor. I called the owner ""Ted"" and asked him what his service charge was and he relied in front of a witness ""we charge by the job and dont have a service charge"" which was obviously a complete lie! The guys that came out were very nice on the plus side, but the owner completely lied to get my business and $125 and I wish he would have just been honest that he ALWAYS charges 125 to come out bc there are plenty of plummers I spoke with today that charge much less just for coming out. I wont be doing any more business with Teds Plumbing due to the deception by the owner even if it means I pay someone more to fix the leak that I called about. I would honesty give this business 0 stars for the deception if that were an option.

This is the worst plumbing service my family has ever used. Lied about our water heater breaking and made us get another one with a rebate from Alabama power. Our water heater wasn't broken and the rebate was a lie. When we call to explain our problems Ted says there is nothing he can do about it. Worst plumber in Alabama. Stay away if you don't want to be screwed.
Jeannine F.AMAAAAZING company!! I moved cross country and when the water turned on, the bathroom flooded!! I called and they sent out 2 guys within an hour! Both men were soooo nice, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to help me! SUCH A GREAT COMPANY! If I knew people here in Oxford, I'd tell evwryone...but since I don't, I figure this forum is the next best thing! Call them!
