The City of Raleigh requires testing to safeguard community health. For residential irrigation systems, this test is needed every 3 years. We perform the test and handle all certification reporting to the city on your behalf.

While we are certified for backflow testing and certification, we are not licensed plumbers. A common issue like low water pressure could be related to various plumbing factors beyond the backflow preventer. We can test your device to rule it out as a cause. If the preventer itself fails the test or needs repair, we will inform you, and you would need to contact a licensed plumber for the repair before we can re-test and certify it.
