Laura W.Worst. Company. Ever. The absolute worst experience ever with a company. My system was pumped for routine maintenance on Feb 28, 2020. Five weeks later my back yard is FLOODED WITH SEWAGE. A supervisor (Alan, maybe) comes assess it and discovers my field lines are DRY so I need a new header. I'm promised a quote to be emailed to me. Never comes. I call twice a week for two weeks. Never speak to anyone but the receptionist who is ""passing the message along."" It is now May 12, 2020 and I finally got a local company to come fix it. The header was fine, just a new filter was needed at around $100. Roto-Rooter will pump your system for you, but be prepared for not jack squat else. They don't care the slightest inkling if the job is half-ass done and it leaves your yard full of RAW SEWAGE.

Always friendly and polite and take the time to explain the problem and what they will need to do to fix it. They do so much more than just clear drains - their plumbers are the best. Give them a call next time you are ""all stopped up!"" :-)
