The Rosenberg and Hull families established the company in 2003, building on decades of industry experience. Founder Lee Rosenberg began his career with a local heating and air conditioning company in 1974. After mastering the trade, he started his own business with his wife Betsy in 1986. The company grew successfully and was sold in 1998. Five years later, Lee, Betsy, their son Michael, and former service manager Tom Hull reunited to create Rosenberg Plumbing & Air, combining their extensive knowledge to serve San Antonio homeowners.

Leadership

Michael Rosenberg, a University of Texas graduate, joined the family business and earned his Class "A" Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration License in 2002. He currently serves on the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Contractors Advisory Board for the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Michael stays active in the San Antonio community, supports the Spurs, and participates in several nonprofit organizations.
