Rooter Man came in quick response to a frozen and ruptured pipe ON A SUNDAY NIGHT, found the problem, applied the repair and everything is SO much better now. Then, two days later they called to see if we were satisfied with the repair. They are at the top of my list for plumbing repair in our condo complex.

This is the place to call when you have plumbing problems in the Huntsville area. We've had a slow kitchen sink drain for awhile and over Christmas it got to the point that something had to be done. I called on Monday after Christmas and made a non-emergency appointment (they offered to come the next day, but I opted for a Wednesday morning appointment). I received a call the day before letting me know a specific half- hour time window and another the morning of the appointment for the plumber to let me know he was on the way. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional and very respectful of my home, even removed his shoes every time he entered the house. He got to work and thought he had the clog cleared pretty quickly, but did a number of tests to verify. Turned out that it still wasn't draining properly so he continued to work until everything was draining as it should. He ended up doing a lot more work than either of us expected, I think, but the sink is draining better than it has in years! Once he was done, he put everything back like he found it (some things had to be moved and he had to dig a little to access a clean-out in the yard) and even wiped everything down with antiseptic wipes. I thought the price was reasonable, too. A very positive experience. I hope to never need a plumber again, but if I do, I'll definitely call Rooter Man.

Absolutely AMAZING service. Called in a panic over a leaking toilet, Cody arrived within 10 minutes and had me squared away inside of 20. Granted, it was a minor problem as far as plumbing issues go, but it was definitely something I couldn't have done myself, AND he only charged me for the price of a service call, plus the cost of the (small) part he installed. Three cheers to this company! Will not only be using them again the next time I break my toilet, but will recommend Cody to everyone within Rooter Man's service area.

I recommend this company. They were upfront about expected costs when I called and asked, plus I was able to get a time the plumber was to arrive (he arrived within the hour - icy roads that morning). The plumber who replaced my kitchen faucet and broken tub drain was professional, polite, helpful and took great care in his work.

SCAM!!!! My mom called these guys with suspicion that there was back up in her septic system and someone came out and tried to charge her $275 just to diagnose what she already knew. She called the office and the man that answered said ""I'm just the guy that answers the phone"" and all the sudden it they reduced it to $175 when she was suspicious. Don't ever call them out. We will be reporting to better business bureau

Do NOT use this company. I called them to repair my water heater. The repairman charged me $185.00 saying he made an adjustment. After the water heater quit working a week later, Learned there was no way an adjustment could be made because of the way the assembly is made on the model of water heater. Even the manager at the company agreed that this had to be wrong. Manager said he would refund money. I have not seen anything yet and it has been over 10 days. Basically, the repairman lied and committed fraud.
