Company History
The business began in 1972 as a small neighborhood operation. Over the years it grew as local homeowners trusted the same faces to keep pipes and wiring working. The company kept a local focus rather than expanding far away. That steady presence helped it learn the patterns of homes in the Anniston area and how the climate affects pipes and systems.
Leadership
Leadership is local and hands-on. Longtime technicians supervise field crews and train newer staff on safe repair practices. The group participates in local trade meetings and follows state licensing and code updates. They are often easy to find at community events and work closely with building inspectors when needed.

David P.Dan Sullivan with Plumbing Alabama installed a water pump and tank for me. The pressure from the pump blew out the couplings and now the unit is inoperable. I contacted Dan (email, phone, text) daily for a week and received absolutely no response. Clearly he is avoiding me and clearly he is not taking responsibility for the poor workmanship. He was paid nearly $3,000 and it is basically a waste. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON/COMPANY.
Mel M.BEWARE. FRAUDULENT, UNETHICAL COMPANY. Plumbing Alabama was contracted to conduct repairs on a rental property for me. The job was to replace a broken faucet. My tenants purchased the faucet and they were only asked to install the fixture. They were secured through my home warranty service. The home warranty company approved the repairs with a claim limit of $250. Instead of following up with the home warranty company to get the work approved, they charged my tenant $60 to initiate the work. My tenant reported they had to leave and get a part and at the conclusion of the work charge them a total of $538. They didn't provide an invoice or receipt for the work. In addition they secured $250 from my home warranty by submitting the work after it was completed. They claimed the job cost nearly $800 to install a faucet. Over the period of four weeks. I've called and made two requests to have the invoice sent to me so I could see the details of the parts & labor. A man (presumably the owner) answers via cell phone and says he will have the invoice sent. I've also had my home warranty company call and request the invoice twice. And of course he lied and said that the invoice would be sent the same day and I still haven't received it. It's likely they submitted fraudulent information to my home warranty company stating that they worked a total of three hours in labor when it was less than two hours .
It became apparent to me very early that this company has engaging in fraudulent and unethical behavior. Avoid at all cost. A complaint has been filed with the Better Business Bureau.
