Our apprenticeship is a paid, learn-while-you-earn program that typically lasts five years. Apprentices split their time between working on actual job sites—on new construction, renovations, and maintenance projects—and attending related classroom instruction at our training center. We cover plumbing, pipefitting, HVACR, and fire sprinkler fitting. This combination provides the practical skills and theoretical knowledge needed for a successful career as a journeyworker in the trades.

During a plumbing inspection or repair call, a union technician can assess the extent of the corrosion, determine if the unit can be repaired, or recommend a proper installation or replacement.
