Recommended Customer Reviews
Thank you for your clarification. There was miscommunication on your end. You can never assume someone knows how things work. You most assume everyone hasn't ever used a service like this one or any service before. This is my first home. I have never used any service in my entire life. Could not afford it years ago. Please going forward explain to your customers you have a service fee for coming out each time. The work you did was perfect though that is why I was so disappointed with the higher price for the other light fixture.
You did an excellent job installing my fixtures.
Communication needs to improve
Emm M.A handyman company that can't handle replacing 2 blinds,a switch plate, a missing light cover, a kitchen exhaust fan, a broken door stop, tightening a cabinet knob, repairing a storm door handle, cracked doorbell and some minor trash dumped. Too big a job??? At least that's the response I got from the brusque gal who was my initial contact abd follow up. I don't know Phil-might be a great guy and handyman but whomever handles his customer contact dropped the ball. Sent list of repairs w/ pictures, no courtesy call just an email stating too big a job...even after I clearly stated if you have any questions pl call. I sent too follow up emails asking how it could possibly be too big?? If your too busy, not picking up new clients or not your area-understandable. Really minor items that could be done in a day and if I lived in the area-I would. LOL-overall frustrated by the curt brush off and lack of customer service. Now that I posted this- I've gotten two calls.... and now Just got a weird bogus review of my business...hmmm? Tells me a lot about this biz.
