Called about a water leak and was told they would call back once they talked to a dispatcher. Never called back. I called back and spoke to a different person and was told by the second person it would be four days before they could come out. I asked why they never called back, I could have called another company before they closed, and asked to spark with a manager. Manager was not available instead they first person I spoke with called me and told me something different than the second person I spoke with. Company obviously needs to work on their communication skills. Would not recommend them.
