David H.One call? I called twice on different weekdays during work hours and they never answered. Went with Snipes and happy I did.
I had to provide information to my insurance company about a leaking toilet that had damaged the subfloor and caused cracks in the bathroom tiles. Insurance needed this to come from a plumber...of course. I called Miss Beth at One Call and explained what I needed and she scheduled an appointment the very next day.
Seth came on time...actually a bit early which was fine....He called ahead to be sure it was OK...When he arrived he looked at the damaged areas(inside and under the house) and gave me detailed info about the problem. I received a written report from them within a couple hours and was able to submit it promptly to my insurance company...along with pictures.
One extra which was really special...we are particularly worried about COVID and its variants and I asked that their service people wear a mask if they came inside. They were more than happy to agree.
There was no agreement for them to complete any work at this time since I have to wait for the insurance company, but if is it possible, I will gladly ask them to do the work.
Deborah S.My call to One Call was made around 8:20 Monday morning. No one answered and I couldn't tell if a voice message was supposed to be left, so I hung up. Josh called me back within fives minutes. They had a full schedule for that day. My leak seemed under control, so I wasn't in a rush. Said if they finished early they would come by that afternoon, if not they would come 8:00 am on Tuesday. Josh called me several times to keep me updated of their schedule. After talking to my dad and hearing what he thought needed to be replaced, I sent Josh a text with the new info. He said he'd make sure his plumbers had the correct item for the job.
Tuesday morning Chad and Noah brought the right supplies and took care of my busted pipe. They were very friendly, professional, and courteous.
One Call will get a call for my next plumbing need. You should call them, too!
