On 19 AUG 22 I scheduled an estimate to get a gas line ran from the meter to the kitchen. They scheduled the visit for between 0800-1000 on 23 AUG 22. At 0900 I called to get an update and they said they were running late because someone had called in sick, but she'd check with the technician and call me back with a new time. At 1PM I still hadn't heard anything so I called and left a message. Never heard from them again. Not a good business plan to have poor communication followed by not showing up at all.

I want to give a shout-out to OneCall Plumbing and let them know that I appreciate their work very much. I've had them out twice in the last few months. Once to replace a hot water heater in my dated kitchen, and once to replace a gizmo in my toilet tank. I have to say, their work is outstanding, and the crew is fantastic. They didn't mind me nervously hanging over them in the kitchen while they worked, asking a ton of questions which they cheerfully and thoroughly answered. They really went out of their way to make sure the installation was one hundred percent, even taking time to go back to the store twice to pick up parts particular to my old plumbing system. A good company and good people who know what they are doing! I would recommend them anytime.

My husband had a leak over the weekend on a raised house coming from the bathroom area. He called One call and a technician came out and spent 2 hours trying to find the leak. He could not. He left and my husband paid $120. I arrived on Monday. It took me 5 minutes to figure out that the leak was coming from the wax seal of the toilet which I repaired. I am a 56 year old women with cancer on chemo with no plumbing training. They need to hire more qualified technincians.

I am giving one call a 1 because we called them out to help unclog drains 2 times they did a good job the first 2 times and we even gave them good tips. Then we called again a few days later they said the would be out the next day never came and never called to tell us anything not to even rescheduled then we tried again 2 days after that they said they would be out in an hour we waited and waited no show no call tried to call several times no answer they say they are open 24 hours so when you don't have the decency to call a customer back to let them know they have a scheduling problem is no way to run a business and not to answer the phones when you call is so wrong if I could give them a zero I would have if you don't mind no call no show and no call backs the by all means you want have a problem with them that is there specialty

Had a problem with my water pressure, Manny came out to the house on Saturday and solved the problem within 30 minutes, while he was here he also inspected my grinder pump for proper operation . Will definitely call them again.

I had a clog...backed up into the tub, finally gave in & called for help. This was at 8 pm! The dispatcher (super nice) had someone call me within oh..30 minutes! Within that hour Jonathan was at my house. Before that he spoke with me & was very helpful, let me know he may not be able to do it then but would come look....no charge for the call!
Before 8 am he texted & let me know he could be at the house at 9 am! They arrived before 9 & the drain was cleared!
I will call these guys for any plumbing issue! Great service, honest & great pricing....and super accommodating!
