Kayla C.I scheduled an appointment and was told that I would have someone out at lunch time and explained I had to pick my daughter up from school and other things to do in the evening. I was told that they would call when on the way. I did not get a call until 3:45pm and they were 30 minutes away so I was not available. I could not have my water heater repaired and it's still leaking in the floor due to their inability to meet their own schedule.
Richard H.We recently had Mr Plumber install a new gas line for a cook top. The guys came out on the scheduled day and called to let us know they were on the way. The work was quickly & professionally completed within a very reasonable time. The cook top was installed and tested before they left.
H D.DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I would leave zero stars if it was an option. We own a rental and had to call them out to fix a sensor. I specifically asked for the plumber to call me when he was there so I could discuss something with him. He ended up leaving due to a family issue and called me after he had already left. He told me he would go back in the morning and fix what he hadn't done and would NOT charge for another service call. He repeated this back to me twice. He went out in the morning and then tried to charge me almost triple what we had discussed. I questioned this and he refused to speak to saying I misunderstood. I certainly did not. I saw other reviews like this online. It's very sad that companies will lie and take advantage of people. This all could have been avoided if he would of called when he was suppose to. Save yourself the headache that I just experienced with this company - do not recommend at all.
