She only doing what she is told.. I asked do you have radius of service and she could not answer that question. My location is literally 20 minutes from their office. The only conclusion I can come to is that they do not service a Black community. The operator did not even ask me what type of service I need. It was a simple we do not service your area with no explanation why. So sad.. i will make sure I communicate this situation to who ever ask for a plumber recommendation...So sad~ This company does not deserve 1 star.
