We had a leak, we didn't know where it was coming from, and the leak specialist found the leak and recommended MPS.

I wish he hadn't.

I mean, yeah, the guys did what they said they were going to do--fix the leak. Unfortunately, this one day job turned into a two days job--they didn't have a Shop Vac (what the heck?), they got the wrong part twice, they didn't know what our pipes were made of, on and on...

Communication wasn't great, one of the workers videoing our house skeeved me out, overall just not a good experience.

I will say the price was reasonable, however.

Super service!! Solved a drainage problem that had plagued us for years. Bobby did a great job. Dispatcher was also excellent, she worked to get Bobby out as soon as possible. This is exactly the company you want to have work on your home. BTW, the folks that talk to water pressure and other issues. Many of the homes built in this area are just done improperly so overcoming issues often take significant rework. On our home we had a frustrating gurgle in the pipes, in addition to the clogged drain. Madison Plumbing fixed the clog but also went the extra step to find the source of the gurgle and let us know how to fix it. We have a re-model coming up that will involve that section of pipe so we will make sure it is addressed. Bobby also told us how to keep our pipes draining well. Apparently we have a grease build up issue. He recommended we switch dish soap to keep the grease in check. Bobby was a wealth of good information, highly professional, and the service was reasonably priced.

Update: I spoke too soon. I'm still having problems with my water pressure. Called Madison Plumbing and was told by the receptionist that they do not back up their work beyond TWO months. (It's only been about 5 months since they were here.) I explained to her that I was unable to call before because of some medical issues, but she didn't care. She insisted that I would be charged - again - for them to come and see if they screwed up or not. If I have to pay AGAIN, why would I call them?? So disappointing.

We hired them to do a plumbing inspection on a home we're trying to buy. We paid for the inspection and never received the inspection report. As per the realty contract, we only have 3 days from the last inspection to request repairs. All they have sent us is the invoice stating we paid for the inspection. When we tried to call and ask them for the actual report, we were told there wasn't one because ""he must not have found anything."" If this is true, their technicians are blind. The regular home inspector found several things and recommended further evaluation by a licensed plumber. I am very upset to have paid for services that were never rendered

I had a great experience one time. But not this time. The dispatcher is not interested in customer service, rude and unapologetic. We arranged for 2 pm, about 3 .30 I went to get the mail and I missed the call. She said I was out of luck she had dispatched them to another call. I made arrangements to be at my house from 2 pm and I have been there. She is rude and a poor professional. Perhaps she is in need of a holiday !

I called around noon on a Sunday, my main water line was leaking. I got a call back in about 5 minutes, he was on another job and would get to me as soon as finished there. Line and water restored before 2 o'clock. And, they should have charged more, I would have.

P.S. I called 2 other plumbers, never heard from either

Avoid this,plumber at all costs came out to un clog our sink was,at when they came out thought that had fixed the sink did not even use it the day sink was still not fixed plumber came back out I was thining a good reputable co would take care of the repair under warranty accused us of sticking red sauce down the drain when we had not even used the sink other than to run water they went ahead performed repairs without letting me know that they were going to charge again and left another bill for another 120.00 which NO ONE SIGNED giving them permission to,do repairs if I could give this company zero stats I would please take my advice and AVOID this plumber at all costs
