After a miserable week-long experience with another plumbing company that made a feable attempt to unclog a kitchen sink and could not keep schedule promises, I call Madden on the reccomendation of another plumber that was too busy. I called Madden's office and this nice lady said she could get someone out that afternoon. As promised, Chris showed up and after me explaining the history got his machine out and had my sink unclogged in less than a half hour. After hooking everything up he checked that everything was draining well, clean up the area and presented me with a bill that was less than the other people told me it would cost. I will be having more plumbing done in the summer and I will be calling Madden.

I had a great experiences with Madden Pluming Services.

First I called after 10pm on a Saturday night and received a answer quickly. I spoke with Jon he was professional and nice somethings that is hard to come by these days...

I asked if someone could come out the next day on Sunday. Which he said yes and set up. He assured me everything would be taken care of, and he was correct.

My issue was that the water company had turned off my water at the street informing my there was a leak and that I would have to get a plumber to fix it.
My water heater had went out months before the water had been shut off, And I was told by another plumber that the water heater needed to be replaced, and quoted me over 3 thousand dollars to replace it.

I was unemployed and short on funds. lol.. So that was not an option..


The Technician with Madden that came out was very nice and professional making me feel at ease instantly.

He was able to locate the water leak very quickly.
After he fixed the leak outside, he then came inside and was able to repair my water heater on the spot. He made sure everything worked properly before leaving.

Saved me a lot of money...

I am extremely satisfied with Mikey's skill and professionalism.. With no pushy up-selling ...

I would recommend Madden Plumbing Services to everyone.

The plumber and his apprentice arrived promptly at my house this morning and I had them install a series of PRV valves in my supply line to counteract what Jefferson County has been doing lately (150+ PSI). They were very knowledgeable and efficient. Price was quoted up front and was very fair. They were in and out in under 2 hours. It would have taken me all day and would not have nearly the confidence in my work that I have in theirs.
Give them a call and trust their work, you will not be disappointed.

This past weekend was the second time we called Madden Plumbing. Both times were basically ASAP jobs. The first time it was Jon Madden, before he really got his business going. We had an outside pipe that snapped when two of our kids were having a water war. He worked in the dark the night before Easter Sunday to get it fixed, because we had to turn off the water to our entire house. Then this past weekend we called him again because he did such a good job the first time. This time it was a hot water heater issue. He was nice and helpful over the phone. Chris came out on Saturday afternoon, assessed the situation and found the problem. They had to wait until today (Monday) to get the part. Tonight Chad and Preston from Madden came to our home to repair the hot water heater. Nice, polite, efficient. Just like Chris and Jon. Hot water heater is working fine now. I would recommend Madden Plumbing to anyone. I'll always use them.
