I live at a fraternity house at the University of Alabama and we have had Jolly recently completely replace one of our A/C units. We had this work done over 3 weeks ago and have had continued issues with our unit. Called and had Jolly come over 3 times now and just yesterday we had cold air for 24 hours but after one day the system stopped working again. A part was replaced but still having issues. Not sure what needs to be done but this has been a horrible experience without A/C for about 3 weeks now.

Do not use this company! They say on their web site that they install ALL brands, but when I wanted them to install a tankless water heater that was not their brand, they acted like it's a big deal! At first, they told me that my water heater needed a special vent pipe that's very expensive, and when I wanted to ask for an appointment to install the water heater they said it would take 3 weeks to get the vent. I didn't want to wait for that long, so I exchanged it to one that uses a different vent with PVC. When I wanted them to adjust the estimate because of less material cost, they at first didn't want to do it - I had to show up in person and argue about it. Later, they told me they can't get two other parts, so I talked to the manager, and he agreed that I can try to order it myself, which I could (there were more than 300 parts of each in the warehouse!). The parts were delivered in 5 business days, and I had talked to the manager about a date to install everything. When I called a week later, he had not ordered the vent pipe yet, and some hours later told me that only a warehouse in Texas had one, but it should arrive the next day. I made an appointment for in two days with the result that the material was not delivered yet. They installed some parts, and when I had to go to buy some service parts in town, the sales person told me that he had enough parts for the vent available. When I told the manager about it, he said he had ordered it from there! (that was a lie!) They finally showed up with all parts on the next day and installed it. At the end, I had to argue about the amount I owed because they didn't want to pay for the parts I ordered for them, which they should have provided anyway. Finally I paid the correct amount and was done with them. I also had to call for the inspector to come back because he didn't pass the installation on the first day. Working with the Jolly company was a horrible experience for me, and I would advice everybody to use a different company, especially if you want an upgrade done to any of your systems!

After having my AC go out on last Friday for the 5th time in a year, I finally decided to replace my whole system. I choose Jolly and was not disappointed. They were very fast to respond to my after hours call and got me set up for an install quickly. The office staff was very friendly and helped me secure the financing needed for such a big project. I definitely recommend you try out their services if you are in need.

Honest company that does work. They replaced a leaking coil in an AC unit for me. The technicians were prompt. When I had a question, the owner stopped but the Job to discuss the situation addressed it. I would hire them again.

Awesome, quick service from the office to the technicians. Our A.C. unit went out and they had a new unit installed, working and showing us how to use the new panel in one day. Having health problems the heat in the middle of summer is very hard on me but these amazing people at Jolly made sure we had a unit in, working properly and showed us how to use the panel in one day. They went out of their way to get us a unit from another area and waited until it was at our house and going before leaving.

Thank you Jolly Heating and a/c for your great service and fast response time! We are from out of state but own a condo in Tuscaloosa. We noticed our a/c was freezing over and looked at Yelp for a good referral. We couldn't be more pleased with their service! The lady who took our call was friendly and courteous. Before our repairman-George-came to the condo, they emailed AND gave us a courtesy call to let us know he was on his way. George was friendly, professional, informative and detail oriented. Like most others in our complex, we needed to have our a/c replaced. George came out Thursday, was able to make the a/c work temporarily for the weekend and was able to install the new a/c on Monday! The fast service was appreciated! Most importantly, it was obvious George was quite knowledgeable, explaining along the way whenever we had a question. He was also meticulous with making sure the job was done right and that the condo was left clean. We were so impressed by George and Jolly Heating and A/c-thank you again, fellow Yelpers for a great referral!

I receive great and fast service from them. They know what they are doing and will diagnose the real problems and not just ""add freon"" like a lot of other AC companies do.

I've also had them replace a few water heaters that were gas and electric and they did a great job on both

I've tried most the other air conditioner companies for commercial and residential out there and they are the best I've used by far.
