Melvin L.I called this this company at 11 a.m about a clogged main sewer line. I was given a quote and was told they would be out late that afternoon. I call the plumbers cell phone back about 4 and was assured that he would be out, that he was running a little behind. After 6 p.m. I became a little nervous so I called the answering service and again I was assured that if he said he would be out he would be out. 2 hours later, he stopped answering his cell phone so I called the answering service back and was told that they would page him and have him to call me. Needless to say I never heard from this company again. I had to end up calling another plumber after hours and paying the after hour service charge!!!!

Rob G.Paid to have a hose bib installed 11/12/2015 after a water line busted. Guy came out fixed the line and was going to come back after I put the siding back on. Here it is 02/15/2016 and all I have is a receipt and a blue pex line sticking out of the wall. Nope I wouldn't recommend this plumber at all. Several calls resending address still no plumber.
Melissa H.Brand new water heater will not heat - you installed Feb 2021. Oct 6, 2021 it stops working and you come out over 24 hours later and tell us we have to pay labor of $325 - we called Rheem and they said they would mail us the part for free and give us instructions on replacement. Rheem says to always buy from a reputable company like Home Depot and you are not charged labor cost for a 7 month old water heater - shame on you. Never will make such a stupid mistake of trusting Mike again - and you are a friend of a friend - shame on you.
