Kendall B.Horrible customer service. And I'm not sure if he's knowledgeable or not. My property management company asked me to work w/ this guy on coming out to my house and fixing a hot water problem in the master bathroom. Well, my first conversation with him let me know he wasn't going 1 step further than what he had to in order to help me. After waiting almost 2 1/2 weeks to get an appt w/ him, which he said absolutely was the first day he could come, he never showed up. And when I called him the next day, he wasn't apologetic at all. AND he knew and remembered exactly who I was. He just said he'd get someone out that day after lunch time. AND they never showed again. So I finally called him and told him not to bother coming to my house. That I'd call the property management company and have them send someone else. He said ok. Like it was no big deal. Again no apology, not trying to make it right, NOTHING. I wouldn't recommend this man to anyone for any reason. Horrible, just horrible.
D J.The worse company I've ever dealt with. The owner/manager came to my house and I immediately detected an arrogance about him. It was obvious that he did not want to be here. He was totally rude. He snaked my drain and removed one root. After he left my toilet flushed some better but within two weeks sewer gases were coming back up and my washer overflowed. I called and asked them if they would come back out and unstop the drain and he was hateful and arrogant and said he wouldn't unless I went through my home WARANTEE again and paid another service fee so he could bill them for something he didn't do correctly the first time. I told him that they only passed that snake down once that it took several times. He still refused. Do NOT use this company. A friend had a similar experience. Never again.
