Originally were coming out Monday at 3:00. Then called to say they were running late and would be there at 4:00. Called again to say they couldn't come out until Tuesday at 1:00. Did arrive around 1:00 but couldn't get past the front gate in our gated community because he didn't have a driver's license with him to confirm identity. Rescheduled again for the next day and eventually showed up an hour late.

Took 4 hours to determine the cause of the problem and resolve it. Because there was an electrician and a helper I was charged $100/hr for each of them! $800 to repair a wire chewed through by a critter and was told I should be happy that I got the discounted rate. I understand $100/hr is about the going rate for an electrician, but it's ridiculous to be charged that rate for a helper who basically hands him tools and flips breaker switches when told to do so.

They did eventually solve the problem and did eventually show up.

Update in response to the vendor's reply:
a) I never received an invoice. Not sure who you sent it to but it was not me.
b) Your reply contradicts what you told me, which was that material costs were being waived because it took so long to resolve the problem.
c) About 2 hours after you left we discovered multiple outlets in the master bath now don't work, which were working fine before. I've contacted and will pay someone else to fix that.
