After serving in the U.S. Army from 1972 to 1977, he began learning the plumbing trade as a teenager working for his father in 1965. He gained extensive experience under his father and other contractors until 1981, when he passed the state contractor's test and founded Frazer's Plumbing. With over 40 years of experience and a California State License C-36 since 1981, Frazer's Plumbing provides quality home and commercial services, specializing in maintenance and repair.
