Service requested: the installation of two new Kohler toilets. Both toilets were not installed properly. The drain pipe was broken and they did not seal them or secure them. They just put them in place and hooked up the water. We had to call another plumbing company in to re-install them properly.

CAUTION: these guys do shoddy work and are not reliable.

1 star only because can't give worse than that. My wife called them for a leaking toilet and just replaced a rubber piece and charged $250. This is a rip off. Will not recommend anyone to use their service

My parents are in their 80's and they totally took them for a ride. One-they quoted to do root removal and put new pipe from house to city sewer which was over $2k. Then when they came out they said it was going to be an overnight job with no water, which means no bathroom. For 2 ppl in their 80's, really!!!! I had to go over there and shut them down because they cannot go that long without a bathroom. I said they would have to make an appointment time so I could have them go somewhere else to stay while they did that. Of course it took more than a day, and they didn't even did up the pipe, they tried to stick a plastic pcp pipe in it but it broke they a couple of days later they tried it again. Now this went on for over a month of them trying to fix it, not the way they said digging a hole, replacing the pipe and removing the roots, just putting a pcp pipe to fix and still charged the $2k. I would have not paid that but my parents were just tired of not having water and being put out of their house and they just wanted them gone that they paid all of it. It is their money not mine but they will NOT be getting any of our services anymore or anyone else that ask me. And don't ask me about the warranty they gave on their workman's ship!!!!

Second time we have used these guys. First was a leaking toilet and this time was a garbage disposal replacement. Very satisfied both times. Will call again if needed.

Called them for clogged pipes. Thought they fixed it but a couple of months later had the same problem. When I went to inspect myself I discovered that they had drilled holes in my pipes to drain them. Would love to leave zero stars. Shady business - would not recommend!
