B L.I give these guys less than 1 star! They wanted to charge 800+ dollars to drain the septic tank. They were sent by the warranty company. We called around to find to compare prices and realized they were over charging so we went with Rooter-Man. FAS promised to send the check for 700+ dollars back to us. Called a week later to say it was deposited accidentally.
Received a call from the owner to say, ""since your were rude to my nephew, I have 30 days to get your money back. I ain't worried about you trying to sue. You don't have enough money to fight me in court"". Cocky As Hell!!!
FAS over charges!! Rude!! Please take your business else where!!

Angela C.this company was referred to us through the warranty company. Spoke with the owner on Saturday who schedule us for 9:30 when no one showed or called I called them. They proceeded to tell me they had several calls ahead of me and would be the afternoon. I said no problem will be around 12:30. I again heard nothing and had to call at 2:30 with no answer and left a message. I waited some more and called at 4:00 to the owners nephew to tell me they still had 2 calls ahead of me and could still come or reschedule for tomorrow? He again tried to explain to me how a service called worked and I told him I understand they run into issues that my problem is lack of communication on there part. He again was talking to me about all the calls they received from the warranty company and I told him if they were receiving to many to turn some away. He immediately said he would cancel his appointment and call me back, then hung up. I immediately called him back but no answer so I sent him a text saying I will call warranty company and get another company for him to keep his calls they have. He said they contacted the warranty and I needed to call them asap. I told him I was on the phone with them. Come to find out he rescheduled my appointment! this company has the worst customer communication I've ever experienced in my 20 plus years of a home owner to include rental properties. This young man had attitude each time I spoke with them (keep in mind I had to call them everytime). I would never recommend a company who doesn't have common sense to call there customers and tell them they would be late or need to reschedule due to issue that came up at a job. I would be understanding to that! so all my Redstone Arsenal family please don't ever use this company!!
