Customer service 5 stars ......the plumber and appointment scheduler has excellent customer service but when it comes to communicating with each other and knowledgeable of work 1 star . They made me miss a whole day of work without pay because they didn't communicate the plumber came and didn't even Know what he was coming to do so therefore he wasnt prepared and they wanted to go up on the price after they have already quoted and emailed me a price . Instead of guessing why not just use a video camera? Wasted my time and money. Never again.

I called EZ for emergency service at my mom's home before heading back to CA. Received an appt the next day & met Mr. Tommy. He was on time, professional and had a good sense of humor. He was able to resolve the issue along with providing a bit of education regarding the plumbing structure of the property. I highly recommend.

Christopher C. came to fix a few minor issues with our toilets this morning. He was on time, wore a mask during the whole visit, and was very efficient with the job. He also was one of the nicest tradesmen I've ever met. Christopher was very personable and made a plumbing job feel like visiting with a friend. We will definitely request him if we have any plumbing issues in the future!

I had a plumbing emergency tonight at 10:30pm on a Friday. A pipe burst and the bottom floor of the house was flooding. I am home by myself so I felt additional stress knowing nothing about plumbing. We called EZ-Flow and BJ came out within 20 minutes. While traumatizing, we are now good to go. Thank you so much BJ!!!!!

I just purchased a house in Mobile AL!! After the inspection, I had possible leaks in the bathrooms. New to the area, I Yelp projected the leak and EZ was who I selected after seeing their many quality reviews.. THEY DIDN'T DISAPPOINT!! Found out there wasn't even a leak! Easy breezy! Thanks a lot.. PHILLIP DID AN AMAZING JOB!!

I'm really pleased that I found EZ-Flow in my neighborhood! I was dealing with a relatively minor issue, a dripping bath tub faucet that had become a major annoyance, but which I couldn't fix myself for I had neither the tools nor the know-how. EZ-Flow sent a very nice young service technician out to my house which is over 60 years old with fixtures that date back to probably the time the home was constructed. I was amazed that the technician was knowledgeable enough to not only quickly fix the problem, but to also know where to obtain the exact same faucets that were no longer available on the market. I know because I went to Lowe's myself to look for them. - Being an older widowed lady, I'm always leery about getting taken advantage of, but the cost of the repair and parts were absolutely reasonable and fair. Donna at the office was precious and quick to respond when I had questions or concerns about the job. I will definitely keep the company in mind for any plumbing issues I may have in the future, and I would gladly recommend them with a well deserved thumbs up.

Had a plumbing issue at a rental house. I looked on yelp and called EZ flow. The dispatcher said someone would call me back in just a few to go over what I needed. Within 5 minutes I got a call back. I had a Shutoff valve under a kitchen sink leaking heavily as well as the kitchen faucet was dripping badly. He reviewed the details of what I needed and said they had a crew they could send out right then for 200 dollars even. Within an hour and a half...I got a call the job was done. He reminded me if I had any issues with the repair within 30 days they would come back and fix it free. The bill was exactly what they said it would be. Fast service, good work, competitive pricing.....exactly what you want when you are in a bind and need a plumber. I will certainly use them again!

Woke up early in the morning to my attic water heater severely leaking water into the ceiling and adjacent walls. A total nightmare. I called EZ Plumbing based on their already positive reviews and I'm glad I did.

Everyone from the office dispatcher to our plumber Todd was amazingly kind and helpful. They had a booked schedule already but still managed to squeeze us in due to the emergency nature of the job. Todd finished installing our brand new water heater before dinner time, tested it, made sure we were satisfied, all before departing. He was also very clean and sure that no mess was left behind from the installation.

As far as pricing goes they are fair. He explained all the options to us and the price I was quoted was exactly what I paid-no surprises. I will 10/10 call them again for the next plumbing project and will be requesting Todd specifically.
