Lori N.Since we got the new system from Engle Services, we've had nothing but issues with it. Our compressor ended up fried somehow. The tech said it was struck by lightning (no lighting in weeks) or there was a power surge (no surge else other devices would've detected it). Ok so here we are without AC for 2 days in the summer. Called this morning to find out if the part needed to fix it was in- nope. When will it be in? ""I do not have that information, I'm sorry. We are working on it as fast as we can"" I can tell you- our old unit was cheap- but the ONLY issue we ever had with it was the Freon getting low and the unit freezing up. It happened more towards the end of its life, but it was a good one for 17 years. Now this ""new better"" system- nothing but issues!!! Last winter the heat wasn't heating. They came out & ""fixed"" it but it wasn't fixed and he had to come out again. He said some wires were disconnected!? Yesterday the guy told me the panel was loose and he had secured that. Why was the panel loose? Did the guy that came for seasonal maintenance leave it that way? Yes, we pay for the seasonal maintenance as well! I'm so unhappy right now with Engle- response time and excuses for this crappy system they installed and we paid for. We were initially very happy with the service but as time and problems have gone on, I feel like they don't care and they will get to us whenever.

Kathy J.We bought a used air conditioner and was told it worked. When we got it home and hooked up it didn't work. We called Mr Nick Engle and he said to test a board and told my husband how to test it. The board was bad. Mr Nick Engle told my husband he would put a new board in the mail and we should receive it on a couple days. It took 3 weeks to get board and my husband had to finally got hold of Mr. Lewis Engle and he had it sent. When we received the board and it was put on unit still doesn't work. My husband has tried several times to get in touch with both Mr. Engle with no response by text or phone. I feel like our money was wasted on a unit that doesn't work. We are no better off than we were and lost money . We really couldn't afford to lose on a bad unit. I would never recommend this business to anyone.
