I have a home warranty. They came out told me a part had to be ordered. When the tech left he said he'd ordered the part from the supplier it should be here by the end of the week. Fast forward to today, Friday, home warranty company approved request yesterday but I'm being told today from Dunns that now that it's been approved they'll have to order the part!!!! Don't like being lied to. I'm elderly with a lung disease that requires oxygen. It's hard to breath when it's 85° inside your house. For a week now I've suffered. It's ok Dunns go home to your air conditioned houses I have no choice but to suffer and wait on you to eventually get around to repairing my equipment. Not impressed....

Bathroom pipes burst during a winter freeze and out of 3 plumbing companies only Dunns could get in and get it done quick. They sent out Colton who exceeded my expectations. He kept me Informed throughout the entire process and was very careful with my belongings that he and his partner had to move. They even offered multiple times to clean up the bathroom after the job was complete and took a look at a future project I had in mind. I definitely appreciated Colton and his partners time and effort. I will definitely be contacting them for any future plumbing jobs.

They charged $861 to replace one water pipe.They then told us the whole trailer needed replumbing because the lines kept busting.Had another guy come out and he said he could plumb the whole trailer for $800.

I manage a 50 room hotel that services Alabama's Law Enforcement
I called Dunn's at 530am this morning due to a lack of hot water. We've used them primarily for several years and I had expectation they would respond with the seriousness the situation deserved.

When the technician arrived he seemed less informed than I. After several attempts at basic troubleshooting he eventually called the manufacture of our water heaters. They of course were busy and he seemingly didn't want to wait to speak to someone so that proved fruitless. Then he called his manager Josh and they then ""speculated"" ,with absolutely no error codes, that both of our units were ""burned out"" and needed to be replaced.

Naturally, during these difficult times businesses can't afford $3800 per unit based on pure speculation. So when I asked for another more knowledgeable technician to look at the unit I was told the manager would come and look at the units. I asked the technician to take a closer look for us himself because we were in a time crunch. He obviously didn't want to do so. While im waiting to hear the outcome of the second evaluation I realize that the technician left the property without informing me. The boiler room was left open and all our heaters were left open and the covers on the floor

After an hour of waiting on him to return i called Dunn's office and spoke with the manager Josh. I was told that JOSH nor the original plumber were on the way and the technician had no intentions of returning. The manager offered to come out at that point but after seeing the condition our boiler room i changed my mind...

Ill advise anyone to think twice before calling them in an emergency. ( I wasted an hour waiting on them to return when I could have just contacted someone that actually wanted the work)

Eventually, we went with Dunn's direct competitor in the area and replaced 3 of our tankless water heaters.
