Sandra G.So, I don't normally write reviews but...On a good note, they were very prompt to come out and quote the remodel of 3 bathrooms and offered ideas we had not considered. And they were significantly less that other quotes. They were very prompt to check in on when we want to get started. All of this should have been the big red flag!!!! The quote was not well organized, but I was able to piece it together. We decided to give them a chance and paint an empty 2 bed/2bath rental townhome and replace the kitchen sink. This paint job was worse than I would have done. I had them come out to redo. After the second time, my realtor went over to see about selling instead of renting and the first thing she said was that it needed a fresh new paint job. I relayed this information and received no feedback whatsoever after multiple contact attempts. I ended up renting and one of the first things my renters noted was that the kitchen sink was leaking underneath. I contacted them and they have ""ghosted"" me. I had to pay someone else to fix what they messed up.
Jerrell W.I tried my best not to have a reason to leave a bad review but here I am. I had signed up to have floor tile installed along with a shower. Neither tile or shower install is correct. My shower is leaking and door wont fully close, the tile is patterned/placed incorrectly and missing grout in places throughout the entire bathroom. That was only a sum up of the current outcome. I've reached out several times to speak with manager Adam, he's never in the office according to Holly or able to take a call. Within a months time frame I have yet to speak with Adam. No call back or follow up from him. The communication is horrible and the debris and old shower was left in my yard for weeks. My neighbors asked could they get together and dump the debris. This company is running around their clients and makes you feel your project/remodel isn't important. Beware for you will end up in a nightmare. But I am that person that takes photos and videos for confirmation and will be uploading so this doesn't happen to another person searching for their dream remodel only to be dishearten and disappointed.
