Anita R.Appointments are scheduled for a morning visit. Then they don't show up and don't call. When you call them to find out what happened, you get the usual ""our job ran over"" or ""we're just so busy"" type of answers. Then he will reschedule for another day and again, does not show up or does not call. This has happened to us several times now over a 4 week period. We have a simple job and can't seem to get it finished. So, again, yet another day, we are waiting for him to show up, was supposed to be here between 11-12:00 noon, and it's now 3:00 pm and nothing. If you can get someone else, I would highly recommend it. Personally, I didn't even want to rate him a 1 star.

Never showed never called us to say why . Don't waste your time with these people dependable isn't the truth don't waste your time !

Been 5 days I've called spoken to them multiple time only response I get is ""let me check our schedule and I'll get back with you"" . I think I'll spend a little more $ going with a bigger company but I'm sure I'll at least be able to get someone physically out to my home to give me an estimate and it wouldn't take them a damn week either ! --- save yourself a headache if their work is anything like their customer service you're better off calling someone else to get it done right the first time !
