The business began when William DeGasperi left Plumbers Union Local 2 to open Bill’s Plumbing. His son trained in the Board Of Cooperative Education for Plumbing from 1989–1991 and won first place in a statewide skills event. In 1994 the company became Wm. DeGasperi & Son Plumbing & Heating, Inc. The name later simplified to DeGasperi & Son Plumbing & Heating, Inc. William retired in 2014 but still helps on jobs and in the office from time to time.
