Called on Monday 12/21/2015 and spoke to a woman who told me they could come out the next day to take a look at my overflowing sink. Never showed, no phone call, nothing. Decided to give them a second chance since they were recommended by a friend. Called them again on Wednesday 12/23/2015. The guy I talked to said they couldn't come out Wednesday since the weather was bad. Understandably they don't work on Christmas or weekends so the earliest they could come out was Monday.12/28/2015. Monday came and went, never showed, never called. Won't be giving them a third call.
