The business began in 1967 when Nubbin Crouch started Crouch Plumbing. Over the years, family members including Mitch, Del Ray, Roy, Randy, and Rita joined the work. Roy added HVAC services after training at the Denver Institute of Technology and later incorporated the company in 1997.

In 2007 Roy and Dianna Crouch purchased the company. The shop has employed four generations of the Crouch family and has grown into a reliable local contractor used on new housing and commercial builds throughout Eddy County.

Leadership

Roy and Dianna Crouch run day-to-day operations. Roy began learning the trade in high school and returned home after technical school to expand HVAC work. He holds contractor licenses and often acts as a subcontractor on commercial projects. The owners remain active in the community and support local construction and housing efforts.
