Michele S.I made an appointment with them 1 week in advance. They called 4 days prior to appt and reschedule for a different day which I did. Then on the morning of the appointment I receive a phone call that no one was home when they went by, but there was someone home. They would not even bother to come back out. All they would do was refer me to another plumber. Very poor customer service.

J P.Super awesome, we just used Caldwell & Sons Plumbing & Electrical to replace 2 toilets with new ones, 2 new kitchen pendant lights (where there was no electrical previously) and to install a whole house water filtration system which was very detailed and involved adding new piping and adding a new access point into our garage to hook up. Matt, Kyle, Jeremiah, and the whole team were so awesome; the work came out great and was completed even faster than expected, so price was better than expected! Could not be happier with their service. We will definitely use them for any future plumbing and electrical needs- and you should as well because they are absolutely great!

Caldwell &Sons was highly reviewed on Angie's list, and I left a message explaining my issues. They returned my call within a few hours, and got some more info. They scheduled to come out first thing the next morning.
After coming out, they took the time to point out different cleanouts on our house, and cleared the drain quickly and for a fair price. They even wrote up an explanation of our cleanouts that we could take to the home warranty company.
We will be using this company in the future!
