Bo was referred to me by ServPro on August 15, 2019. I was experiencing a leak that caused mold and my water bill to sky rocket. Bo called me back after I left a message. I gave him directions to my home and explained my situation. At no time did he state that there would a $80 service call charge. He arrived at my home , was there all of 7 minutes with no tools, and told me my drain was never connected in my shower. He never checked anything else. Then he tells me "" my service call fee is $80. I was in a bind and paid him. Before he left, I asked him did he know or could he show me where the main shut off value was. He told me it would be in the yard because Signature homes always put them in the ground inside a box similar to the water meter box but by the mainline. My husband called him and he told my husband the same thing! My husband dug 3 holes in our yard to no unveil. We finally found it not in the garage but in the laundry (side story regarding Signature Homes).
Fast forward to August 21st. We had another plumber come out (always get a free second opinion) they checked the shower fully and discovered that we also have a leak at the shower joint inside the wall. I called Bo, and requested that he come back and give me another opinion to make sure everything is detected this time since I paid him what apparently seems like for nothing. He flat out told me no, it was not worth him driving back to my home just to pacify me but he would write up something to my insurance company... DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN TO DO ANY WORK HE ONLY CARES ABOUT MAKING MONEY FROM INSURANCE COMPANIES NOT HELPING PEOPLE WITH ANY PLUMBING ISSUES PROPERLY.
