Mat J.Hate it that one guy a month ago had a bad experience. We called with a big sewer back up problem that the HomeServ plumber couldn't fix. Left our info with his answering service and had a call back from him personally within 45 mins. We set a time for him to come, and he was here on time, and the problem was quickly taken care of, cleaned up and at a most reasonable price for a weekend service call. Would not hesitate to use him again, though I hope we don't need him soon, and would gladly recommend him to others. Job Well Done!!!

Ben was always easy to reach and was available to come the next day. He arrived with another man to help him and together they had the job done quickly and even tidied up as they went along. Most of all, they were both extremely nice. We needed electrical work for the disposal, and Ben referred one of his friends to come by. The electrician said he could come by that same evening, but we were busy and so he came by the very next day at a time that worked for us.
The electrician was also extremely nice and worked quickly and did a great job. He asked us where we wanted our switch and worked around complications of tile placement and shaved down a cover plate to fit just right, in order to make it look finished and neat. The next day we were able to pay Ben with a credit card over the phone for both services in one charge, and then Ben passed along the payment to the electrician.
So happy to know about Ben's Plumbing as a resource. We will need a dishwasher installed soon and will definitely be calling on him for help. Highly highly recommended!!
Gwynne M.Ben is great! He has been out to our house a couple of times to check out the pipes in our old home (45 years old). We were originally told at our home inspection that all of the pipes would need to be replaced (10,000-15,000). We called Ben (I received 2 different referrals from 2 different people that do not know each other!). His initial quote was under $1100. After it was all said and done we spent about $600. He came out in two trips on Saturdays. He's a great guy and doesn't mind you following him around and asking him questions or watching him work. I have already recommended him to someone else. Call Ben!
