This company is extremely unprofessional and has no urgency for providing their services. I have made 3 different appointments on 3 different days over 2 weeks now. I get put on the schedule only to be cancelled on all 3 times an hour before the work was supposed to be done. The job was very simple too; run an ethernet cable from my modem downstairs, to an office on my second floor. This is crucial for my job, as I am constantly connecting to servers around the state and need a stable wired connection to do so. I have been waiting around for 2 weeks on something that I am required to have for my job. This is unacceptable considering this information was conveyed to them and even acknowledged that it was time sensitive and important to get this done. I will never even attempt to use this service again and will strongly discourage anyone else considering them. 0/5 stars!!!

I've needed an electrician several times in the past couple of years, and I know I can always call on AUX to get a trustworthy professional who can diagnose and resolve my issue. While I don't use them for HVAC or plumbing (I have long-time contacts for these), I'm sure they're just as reliable. They always seem to have what's needed in their truck and if not, they're quick about going to get it. They are great about giving you options to fix the problem - and they're very upfront about the cost. I'll keep using AUX!

Unfortunately I gave this company another try after a No Show in May 2020. Same story. Another No Show. Only after I left 2 messages at 5:45pm and 6 pm the evening of my appointment did I receive a follow up call claiming they had called me earlier to let me know their plumber had to leave for the day. This ""call"" did not happen. I did receive a call letting me know that someone would be coming after 12 pm that day...but no follow up call regarding this need to ""reschedule"". This might be an ok company if they ever decided to show up.

I scheduled an appointment for a plumbing check. I was called the day of regarding the appointment and confirmed. No one showed or called. The next day the company called but left no message. A month later they called and left a message that it was time to get my plumbing issue checked. I texted back that they no showed to my appointment a month earlier with no follow up. Two weeks after this call they called again. I told them they missed their chance since they no showed 6 weeks prior. They insisted that this plumbing check was a part of my plan with them since I had a disposal installed a year prior. They commented they saw no record of a scheduled appointment, appointment confirmation call, etc. interesting since they were emailing me that I was due for my HVAC inspection earlier in the year- no mention of plumbing at that time. Incidentally I have never used them for HVAC service. I understand if things come up and appointments must be changed...Im not okay with a company trying to gaslight me.

Do not use Aux Home service if you want to hire an honest and dependable company.
After booking a repair appointment, I was told a dispatcher would be in contact to let me know when someone would arrive. After being left for hours in 90+ degree heat, I called again to ask when someone would be arriving. I was told all technicians were busy but someone WOULD be coming that day. After 6pm that day, I got a call to say no one would be coming but they could rebook the appointment for Monday.
I was given no apology for being lied to twice. When I asked why they did not let me know sooner so I could have booked someone else for the job, she did not answer answer the question, only said again ""we can rebook you for Monday"".
If this company lies about showing up for a job, I'm sure they would lie about the repairs needed and over charge as well.
This company is not honest and showed they do not care for the safety or health of it's customers.

We contacted Aux because our hot water heater wasn't heating our water... After the technician looked over the water heater for about 45 seconds, he stressed that our water heater needed to be replaced. He also stated that our water filter system needed to be replaced. He gave us price quotes that ranged from 4K - 18k. I had my brother come look at the water heater and he identified the problem and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes and now we have hot water. They are all about the upsale...

The places cheats people on their prices. They tell you its labor and work,but what you dont know is they really put in a plan you didnt agree to pay for... If you start getting calls for plumbing inspections or electrical inspection even hvac inspection and they tell you it came with the work provided to you in the past its a lie you paid for whatever plan they wanted you to get the most common one is a $300 plan same goes for banks quarles its their sister company. So if you do hire these people and you think the price is strap its because you got obe of the plans they didnt tell you about because the tech get get a bonus for each plan they sell

We realized our garbage disposal was leaking and I was going out of town and couldn't do it my self. My wife called Aux. At first the repairman tried to charge over $1,200 and then came down to $849. This was for at most a $100 disposal and one hour worth of work. Something as a non-plumber I could do myself within an hour. At a minimum we were overcharged by $500 for a simple garbage disposal installation. Unfortunately they took advantage of a situation with a wife home alone and a leaking garbage disposal. To make it worse, they had to come out a second time because it was not installed properly the first time. And all they wanted to do while they were here was sell an expensive service plan. Would not recommend Aux due to price or service.

Requested quote for replacing hot water heater on a Saturday, and, after specifically asking if the $49.99 fee was higher on the weekend, and receiving a ""No, it's the same all the time"", I scheduled a rep. He looked at the water heater, less than five minutes, then wrote a quote for over $3000 to replace heater! Then, he told me the dispatch fee would be $169.99! He lowered that to $140, and said that the dispatcher was probably new and didn't know! I don't know how they stay in business!
