I had an outside water leak over my sidewalk. The water company does not repair leaks , so I was frantic - as it is a holiday week. Yikes! I looked on YELP and saw Ellison plumbing's great Yelp reviews. Blake Ellison was very prompt in picking up his phone and sent Philip Walker out to fix the leak in no time, at a fair price. I was highly impressed with Philip and the repair. I would not hesitate to call Blake Ellison for my plumbing needs again.

My elderly mother had a leak coming from underneath her garage slab. Blake was one of the first people I spoke with, who recommended getting a leak detection company out first, to find exactly where the leak was coming from, so that we could avoid having to bust up all of the concrete looking for it.

Once the leak was finally found (that's a whole other story, and was NOT the fault of Ellison Plumbing), Blake's guys replaced the busted pipe and poured concrete back over the holes in a timely manner. Both gentlemen (I can't remember their names) were friendly, professional and efficient!

After getting quotes from a handful of companies, as well as looking over reviews of all companies, I'm so glad we chose Ellison Plumbing! Not only do they have outstanding customer service, they won't break the bank like a lot of other places.

We will definitely recommend Ellison Plumbing every chance we get, and will absolutely use them again if we have other plumbing issues.

I had an issue at home that I thought my son & I could handle after he got off work but unfortunately that was not the case. I needed to replace my outside faucets due to them leaking profusely. They were also sweat on fittings. At 7:30 last night I called a different company to come install the faucets and was told a tech would contact me shortly. That never happened. So I was without water for the night. I called Ellison Plumbing at 6:45 am this morning and had a tech here by 8:00 am. The tech Tommy had them installed in no time and I was good to go!! I highly recommend Ellison Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs!!

I highly recommend Ellison Plumbing for excellent service. Our kitchen sink was clogged for several days and we tried everything to unclog it. It was time to call a professional. I called a competitor and they couldn't make it for two days. So I called Ellison and they placed me at ""first call of the day."" Mark arrived right on time and replaced the P-trap (which was the wrong size and glued shut from a previous plumber) and snaked down the vent pipe and removed the clog. Problem solved! Excellent service...excellent arrival...excellent communication. Now it's time to wash some dishes.

I bought a DR Horton home in 2021, new build. Ellison did the plumbing and we have had nothing but problems. Our sewer line was busted and the water line by the meter was busted as well. It has been like this for sometime and we are just now catching it as it has gotten bad. Do not recommend. Our home is not out of warranty due to it being over a year and we are having to foot the bill.

Todd and his assistant Andrew were amazing !! We had a nightmare of an issue especially dealing with MAWS! These two can put and attended us professionally and promptly. They were friendly and knowledgeable. We appreciate them fixing our plumbing issues before the Thanksgiving Holiday! We will be using them for all of our plumbing needs in future !

I made such a good decision in scheduling Ellison Plumbing to come out and see why my toilet was overflowing. Calling the office and scheduling the appointment was a breeze. Called Monday afternoon and they scheduled an appointment for the next morning (Tuesday). First thing Tuesday morning I got a call from Todd, the plumber, telling me it would be the afternoon before he would get here. Then around mid-morning he called back and said he could be here in about 20 minutes if I was okay with that. I was so impressed with the fact that they stayed in communication with me to make the visit as convenient for me as possible. Todd and his son showed up and in a very professional efficient way resolved my issue. Todd covered all the bases in diagnosing the problem and was great in communicating the issue and the options to resolve it. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and pleasant experience in dealing with Ellison Plumbing from start to finish.

i usually do not write reviews, but was so impressed i felt this needed to be said. we were selling our house earlier this year and needed some plumbing work done. called ellison and had an opening for later the same day. a short time after - todd - called and confirmed the appointment, and time agreed to. he showed up 20 minutes early and apologized for showing up late. was very clean, professional, fast, and turned out to be cheaper than expected...
fast forward to new home...
we needed some toilets replaced on our new home. i called todd, impressed how he remembered me, and made appoint for later in the week. again, showed up early, very clean, professional, and again, cheaper than originally quoted. we just found a plumber.
