Called Allstate plumbing for a pretty significant, mystery water leak. Wes came out and recommended a third party to find the leak (as we are on a slab). Once the location of the leak was identified, Wes and an assistant were there that afternoon. The leak was promptly fixed, they verified that no more water was being lost, and then cleaned up the work area. It looked like they were never there. Great job, very friendly, and fair cost. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Arrived at our home July 21 to fix 4 issues. Fixed two and said they'd have to order parts for the other two issues. Said it'd be about a week to get the parts and they'd call back to revisit. After two weeks we hadn't heard anything so we called them. They asked US if we had ordered the parts......ummm,....no.......after a lengthy conversation parts were overnighted. Aug 8/9 they returned to instal parts.......wrong parts......they hadn't actually spoken to the ordering person! UGH. We were leaving that afternoon! Wes left to go find the correct part. We waited. After several hours we called him to see when he was returning.....he was doing other jobs instead and couldn't make it down 280 before 5.....we were going to miss our flights :(. Agreed to come back later so we had a friend meet him. He was 75 minutes late....and STILL could t repair the issue.....didn't have the right tool. Waited several more weeks...said he had the tool.....associate Scott made appt for a Monday at 5 and another friend was meeting him......after 90 minutes we realized we were being blown off......attempted to call....no response that evening or all the next day. Finally Wednesday we were able to get in touch with them. They said they didn't want to do business with us. Call another plumber.....issue fixed on a Friday. NEVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE!
