In 2012 their son Matthew joined after a five-year enlistment in the U.S. Army as a Black Hawk mechanic. The business stayed small and locally focused while growing its technical skill set.

Ray brings decades of hands-on plumbing and hydronic experience and formal training from Red Rocks Community College. Nina manages operations and customer contact. Matthew adds technical discipline and field skills from his military mechanical experience. Together they live in South Reno and work in the community they call home.
