As a new homeowner there are so many things to consider when reaching out for home repairs, and I am on a Grinder Pump system which had me very concerned. It was really a perfect time for me to discuss with someone maintaining my Grinder Pump as I have been in my home for two years now and need to be on a maintenance plan that I have been putting off.

Brent, the master plumber, explains every step of the repair process, and he ensures that the job is done in a timely fashion. Due to poor pipes used by the homebuilder 10 years ago, our house experienced multiple leaks last fall. Brent responded within a couple of hours of our call and was able to locate and repair the issues. Eventually, 9-1 Plumb completed a re-pipe of our house. We received multiple bids, and they completed the re-pipe in a quick and clean manner while also being the most cost-effective option for me.

This week our original grinder pump stopped working when it met its life expectancy (10 years). Brent thoroughly checked every part of the grinder pump system to try to find the least costly repair. Unfortunately, the pump was shot and a replacement was needed. Brent was able to have a new pump and assembly installed the very next day.

I will call Brent at 9-1 Plumb for all of my plumbing needs.
